Responsible for development, implementation, and execution of the Field Technician Development Program Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee programs for onboarding new hires and fostering continuous growth and development for current Technicians. Collaborate with Management to schedule field academy training sessions to meet onboarding and training requirements. Evaluate and monitor Technician skillsets closely. Provide detailed reports after each session for record-keeping, management review, and discussion of next development steps. Actively seek program improvements to enhance training and better address the developmental needs of Technicians. Availability to travel nationally. Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrate the ability to evaluate and train Service Technicians in all aspects of their roles and responsibilities. Proven track record of delivering professional and courteous field services. Capable of analyzing technical competencies to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Proficient in Glovia, service databases, Word, and Excel. Knowledgeable in BOM structures, wiring schematics, and HVAC controls. Basic understanding of application and product engineering practices. Fundamental knowledge of desiccant dehumidification, refrigeration, and heating. INDUS
