About The Role
As a Field Service Representative II, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our customers and maintaining our reputation for excellence. You'll travel to various locations, including international destinations, to provide technical support and maintenance services for aircraft engines and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare for field service trips, including travel arrangements and logistics
Gather and order necessary parts for job sites
Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of parts
Ensure all services comply with customer, regulatory, and company requirements
Maintain detailed documentation and reports
Act as a liaison between production, engineering, sales, and customers
Troubleshoot and determine effective solutions for customer issues
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a field service representative or in a similar role
Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
Strong technical equipment management and preservation skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent time management skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to meet US Persons requirements per ITAR
Willingness to travel, including to remote or international locations
