The Field Service Biomedical Equipment Technician II is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of biomedical equipment in healthcare facilities. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair biomedical equipment in healthcare facilities
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
Order and replace parts as needed
Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Train and mentor junior technicians
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of biomedical equipment
Strong technical skills and knowledge of biomedical equipment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
Must have valid driver's license.
Must pass background and drug screen.
