This position is remote, but the position will require 50-60% travel and candidate must reside within the market (Tulsa, Oklahama City, or Kansas City would be ideal).

Field HR Business Partner Requirements

• 5+ years experience in strategic HR decision making
• Experience supporting 25+ locations
• Proven history of partnering with and supporting strong leadership teams
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Professional HR certifications highly preferred.
