Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Field Account Manager to join our team. You will ensure the success and satisfaction of our distributor rep network by maximizing the value of our platform. This role involves growing and onboarding the distributor rep network, training, project management, and field representation to onboard distributor reps and retail associates in other industry verticals. You'll build strong relationships, identify and solve problems proactively, and provide valuable insights and support.


Key Responsibilities:


Growing the Distributor Rep Network:

  • Work directly with national distributor companies to onboard their distributor reps.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with national distributors to facilitate smooth onboarding and engagement.
  • Develop strategies to engage and retain distributor reps.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor reps and other industry verticals.


Client Onboarding and Training:

  • Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring they are fully set up and ready to use Cellar’s platform.
  • Conduct training sessions on creating and managing campaigns.


Campaign Support and Field Representation:

  • Assist clients in developing and launching educational marketing campaigns.
  • Onboard distributor reps, providing ongoing support and engagement.
  • Conduct in-store demos and activations as needed.
  • Collect and relay feedback to clients for continuous improvement.


Project Management and Problem Solving:

  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Identify and address issues proactively to prevent potential problems.
  • Implement effective solutions quickly.


Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate regular reports on client engagement and campaign performance.
  • Use data to identify trends and opportunities for clients to improve their campaigns and overall experience with Cellar.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or account management, preferably within the alcohol industry.
  • Experience as a distributor rep in the alcohol industry.
  • Strong connections to alcohol brands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Passion for the alcohol industry and a deep understanding of retail dynamics.
