Fashion Wholesale Sales Assistant

We are seeking a Wholesale Sales Assistant who will drive sales by providing support functions to major retailers and managing/growing account relationships.

Who we are:

• Multi-brand women's fashion showroom - specializing in Contemporary and Advanced Contemporary collections
• Established in 2018 by fashion veterans we have 20+ years of wholesale, PR and merchandising experience
• Small team with a family atmosphere
• We also have a retail store in Miami in the Faena Bazaar - also named CURIO

Responsibilities:

• Support wholesale business needs in order to achieve annual revenue and margin targets
• Run and analyze weekly sales reports; utilize selling recaps to make informed decisions for incremental opportunities
• Maintain and grow relationships with key Specialty accounts
• Present seasonal collections to current and prospective clients to drive sales
• Manage showroom set up and breakdown for market periods
• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage orders delivering on time, get information needed to have product online for our stores
• Complete daily sales operations - RA’s, swaps, re-orders
• Occasional travel for sales meetings and store visits

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in fashion, wholesale experience a plus!
• Strong communication and follow up skills, lots of energy, and the ability to learn on the go
• Detail oriented and strong analytical skills
• Collaboration and multi-tasking are a must
• Experience in MS Office required; above average ability in EXCEL, Powerpoint/Canva and JOOR a +
• Works well in a fast –paced environment
• Ability to work independently and with discipline as the majority of the job will be work from home. In person will be in NY Showroom only 4 times per year.
