The Site Manager will be the single-point of contact to oversee all on-site F-35 contractor support operations at RAF Marham, United Kingdom, and will be the primary customer liaison to Royal Air Force and Royal Navy leadership. Site Manager reports to the Field Operations East Manager and Field Operations Director and maintains close coordination with the Sustainment Program Manager in the management of Performance Based Logistics requirements. The Site Manager will have overall responsibility for on-site contractor technical services, Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS), training system support, and sustainment spares warehouse liaison services. Additionally, the Site Manager will work closely with the on-site contractors and Field Service Engineers to ensure that all F135 support impacts are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. As part of these responsibilities, he/she will manage support resources in compliance with cost goals and operating budgets and maintain a sustained growth of technical and professional competence of the on-site support team. The Site Manager will be responsive to the operational and support concerns of United Kingdom Royal Air Force and Royal Navy leadership and ensure responsive support is provided by contractor support activities.

Will work closely with the on-site contractors and Field Service Engineers to ensure that all F-35 support impacts are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Oversight of all on-site contractor activities, planning and scheduling of on-site teamwork assignments (including potential contractor deployment packages).
Enforcement of safety and physical security procedures and directives, and management of labor charges and administrative documentation.
Will ensure personnel compliance with program, company, and government agency policies and procedures and coordinate staffing and training requirements.
Must be a United States citizen. Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance.
