Greets every internal and external guest immediately upon first encounter.
Escorts guests into the facility, enhancing satisfaction and efficiency by opening doors, offering wheelchair assistance, guidance, and carrying packages and luggage.
Maintains the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of assigned area.
Responds to guest inquiries and concerns promptly with courtesy.
Builds relationships by engaging guests and clients in assigned area(s) by conducting authentic, personable conversations.
Maintains a level of patience with guests.
Maintains current knowledge of the facility procedures and guest-related information including, facility general information, general event information, taxi/transportation assistance, and airport information.
Maintains current knowledge of emergency procedures, situations, and safety procedures.
Responds to safety hazards including water on floor, objects inadvertently blocking doors, electrical cords removed or taped, and misplaced furniture.
Maintains safe, clean and neat work environment by following standards and procedures.
Maintains strict confidentiality related to work information (in accordance with HIPAA).
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualification And Requirements
High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent experience.
Must be able to work legally in the United States.
Able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
Must pass background and drug screenings.
Required to meet immunization or health screening requirements.
Required to have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions and present most recent driving record.
Must be able to drive a stick shift (manual and automatic).
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
Willingness to work in the elements (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.).
Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, talk, see, and hear.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to push and pull (on wheelchair) 100 to 350 pounds, frequently over considerable distance.
Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours is sometimes required.
