Executive Search Consultant

Our client is a privately held search firm specialising in Supply Chain and Operations, with an additional focus on both Corporate and Commercial functions. This firm works on mandates from mid-senior management up to and including C-Suite executives and is looking for originators who can perform full 360 recruitment, preferably strong contingent billers transitioning to retained search. The position is based in Denver.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates in Supply Chain & Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Life Science roles.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Transition strong contingent billing practices into the retained search model, ensuring high-quality and exclusive candidate placements.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify and engage with high-calibre talent pools.
• Collaborate with clients to define search strategies, candidate profiles, and position requirements.
• Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial contact to final placement.
• Negotiate offers and manage the acceptance process, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide cutting-edge recruitment solutions.

Professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on Supply Chain and Operations.
• Proven track record in billing, with a demonstrated ability to transition into retained search.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and 360 recruitment processes.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to delivering excellence.
