What we expect from you:


  • Unleash Your Full Potential: As an Executive Recruiter at Relate Search, you'll be at the forefront of hunting new business opportunities and generating leads. Your strategic thinking, grit, and proactive approach will be key to our success.


  • Full-cycle Management: You'll be the maestro, managing the entire process from initial interviews through to offer stage and finalizing the successful placement and retention of top talent with our clients. Your keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills will ensure a smooth journey for candidates and clients alike.


  • Build Relationships: Nurture your portfolio of both existing and new clients and candidates. Your ability to connect with people and understand their unique needs will set the stage for long-lasting partnerships.


  • Talent Scouting: Search, source, network, and screen potential candidates from a variety of resources. Your expertise in networking with the best in the industry while utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo and other industry tools will be invaluable.


  • Client Growth: Become a trusted advisor to our clients by developing and delivering innovative solutions for attracting top talent. Your creativity and commitment to their success will be the foundation of these partnerships.


  • Personal Touch: Conduct in-person and video interviews to get a thorough understanding of our candidates. Your face-to-face interactions will provide valuable insights and build the relationships needed to be successful in our business.


  • Proposal Power: Be part of the proposal process by developing and presenting proposals to clients and pitching our services to separate us from all the rest. Your superior communication skills and transparency will help seal the deal.


Who you need to be:

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM and sales tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and ZoomInfo.


  • Gritty: Approach challenges with a positive mindset and an unwavering desire to succeed regardless of the obstacles in front of you
