Executive Director Hospice, Home Health, and Palliative Care

COORS Leadership Capital invites you to explore an outstanding opportunity for the Executive Director of Hospice, Home Health, and Palliative Care with our client Stillwater Medical Center, a short-term acute care hospital, located in beautiful Stillwater, Oklahoma. Home of Oklahoma State University! The Executive Director is responsible for day-to-day operations, maintaining survey readiness, all aspects of continuous quality improvement and services for the Hospice, Home Health, and the Palliative care service line. Ensuring regulatory compliance with state, federal, and institutional regulations. Additionally, the position involves contributing to policy development, recruitment, training, and mentoring staff.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7 years of Administrative and Supervisory experience.
• Experienced with budgetary responsibilities, including budget development.
• Knowledge of Hospice/Home Health/Palliative Care regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience in overseeing marketing liaison and program development.

Preferred:

• Preferred licensed Hospice Administrator (or willing to obtain).
• Preferred experience in Palliative Care.
• Preferred master’s degree.
