Chelsea Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director that is passionate about leading a team in the opening a brand new Assisted Living Community in West Orange, New Jersey! This community will plan to open its doors in the early part of 2025. This position would entail starting off the first months with a strong focus on business development and community outreach in our Sales Trailer on the community grounds of The Chelsea at West Orange. Previous pre-opening and community development experience is preferred but not a must! This position is a salaried role and does include on-call responsibilities, weekend rotation coverage, and a flexible schedule.
