Role Overview

As the Executive Coordinator, you will support key executives to ensure the smooth operation of our mission. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management:* Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel logistics for the Chief People Officer (CPO) and Chief Development Officer (CDO).
  • Communication Hub:* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all inquiries.
  • Meeting Coordination:* Prepare agendas, distribute materials, and ensure participants are well-prepared for meetings.
  • Project Support:* Assist in special projects led by the CPO and CDO, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
  • Document Management:* Maintain confidential documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring organization and accessibility.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:* Facilitate collaboration between executives, internal teams, and external partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Administrative Assistance:* Support daily operations, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications
