Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in the fashion or similar industry
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• A self-starter who will take initiative
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• A team player who works well with others
• Preference for working in a fast-pace, entrepreneurial environment
• Tech-savvy and a fast learner, especially when learning new software and/or programs

Job Description

• Work directly alongside the CEO and CCO
• Assist in overseeing all departments within the company
• Upload all SKUs/styles into Apparel Magic, Joor and similar programs
• Manage all Shopify websites and inventory
• Ship samples and submits to factories overseas
• Receive submits from factories and communicate necessary information to the correct departments
• Manage and arrange all photoshoots (location, photographer, models, props, etc)
• Organize fittings with fit models
• Organize and manage all samples including shipping sample sets to the appropriate sales reps
