A Global Investment and Technology Development Firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a new Full-Time/Permanent Executive Assistant to join its Private Credit Group. Candidates must have a minimum of 5-8+ years of relevant executive administrative support experience and a Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred/required. They should also excel working independently and as part of a team and be adept at managing multiple projects at once. The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must. Ideal candidates should be highly organized, proactive, flexible, diligent, and detail-oriented with well-developed written and verbal communication skills as well as keen organizational, analytical, time management, and multitasking abilities. They should also have ownership over their work product and thrive in fast-paced work environments.   • Salary depends on experience (115-135k base), plus paid overtime and discretionary bonus eligibility. Amazing benefits package, including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401k contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide high-level executive administrative support to senior members of the firm’s Private Credit Group.
  • Schedule and organize extensive internal and external meetings, conference/video calls, and appointments; create agendas and prepare and distribute meeting materials; manage and maintain busy and ever-changing calendars, anticipating principals’ needs, prioritizing tasks, liaising with internal business units and external parties, offering support for key projects, planning travel and events, and providing general administrative assistance.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare, process, and submit expense reports.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.


Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5-8+ years of relevant executive administrative support experience supporting a team, ideally within financial services.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred/required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook).
  • Excels at working independently and as part of a team.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must.
  • Highly organized, proactive, flexible, diligent, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent, well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen organizational, analytical, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Accustomed to and thrives in fast-paced work environments.
