Join our team as an Executive Assistant supporting the Head of Principal Finance, Americas and other senior leaders within Macquarie Capital Principal Finance in our New York office. As an Executive Assistant supporting a dynamic, fast-paced team within Principal Finance, you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills.

What role will you play?
In this role you will be responsible for calendar management, expenses, coordination and booking of business travel, both domestic and international, for a team of executives, using Concur, as well as document management and other deal related procedures and tasks. You will collaborate with other Executive Assistant's and executives across multiple internal and external teams and take a lead role to support its success. You will have the opportunity to spearhead ad-hoc projects, including event planning and team engagement across a cross-regional, hybrid working environment.
Salary range for this position: $85,000 to $100,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

What You Offer
- Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, confidentiality, professionalism and flexibility in your approach, and the ability to proactively anticipate the needs of the executives that you support
- Capabilty to act as a problem solver who can multi-task with ease, your understanding of the industry culture will help you to support the team
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office with proficient skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
