Midtown based, boutique private equity firm is looking to add an Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator to their growing team. This tight-knit team is low-ego and act with an all-hands-on-deck mentality. The ideal candidate has experience in financial services and is eager to wear multiple hats and grow with the office.


*Supporting up to six Associates with travel and expenses

*Calendar management

*Support the Global Controller with bill pay and invoice review

*General office coordination - inventory, order/stock supplies (office & kitchen), facilities liaison

*Ad hoc admin projects


This role is in-office Monday - Thursday, Fridays are typically work from home unless there is a need to be in office.
