Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, driving organizational success through the management of daily operations and special projects.
  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Travel arrangements (agendas, itineraries, etc)
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
  • Uses and understands Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and other business-specific software.


Skills

  • Proven experience as an Executive assistant -8 years minimum
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and Google applications
  • Must have experience with wire transfers. bill pay, and etc
