We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Event Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet our quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.


Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all event requirements are met.

On-site Management:

  • Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
  • Manage event staff and volunteers, providing clear instructions and support.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on event progress.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
  • Utilize various channels to promote events and drive attendance.
  • Ensure all promotional materials and communications are aligned with event objectives and branding.

Post-Event Evaluation:

  • Conduct post-event debriefs with clients and internal teams.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed event reports, including attendance, satisfaction, and financial outcomes.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar role.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in event management software and tools.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
