Job Description: As an Event Manager at Capital NYC, you will be responsible for orchestrating every aspect of events from conception to execution. Responsibilities:
Develop event concepts and themes in collaboration with clients
Plan and execute all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment

Coordinate with vendors and contractors to secure necessary services and equipment
Lead on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations and timely problem-solving

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience (3+ years) in event planning and management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
