Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Tucker, GA for a Lead Estimator. The Lead Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including estimating project costs, analyzing blueprints and specifications, collaborating with project teams, preparing bid proposals, and monitoring project progress. The Lead Estimator will also be responsible for managing a team of estimators.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of construction estimating and project management
Experience analyzing blueprints and construction specifications
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
Proficiency in estimating software and tools
Ability to manage and lead a team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Compensation
Salary of up to $100,000 depending on experience.
