About the Role:


Olaplex is looking for a hands-on ERP Senior Manager who will be the technical subject matter expert to support and monitor all operational aspects of NetSuite. The ERP Senior Manager must be a strong business partner and leader. You will work with internal stakeholders and outsourced partners to define the roadmap and strategy for enterprise-wide solutions involving recurring software maintenance, enhancements, customizations, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of leveraging Netsuite ERP to support multiple business departments. This position will report directly to the Director, ERP.


Responsibilities:


  • In partnership with the Director, ERP and key leadership stakeholders, create and maintain a dedicated enhancements roadmap supporting business needs by maximizing Netsuite capabilities
  • Responsible for supporting data migrations and mass systems updates of master data
  • Create training materials and facilitate NetSuite end-user training
  • Integration development between Netsuite, Logistics, and EDI workforce modules led by Finance, Sales and HR
  • Lead customer, 3PL, manufacturer, and distribution center integrations to drive scale and efficiency in the growth of the business
  • Support internal and external audits by providing requested data
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, upgrades, customization and integration
  • Create and execute a test plan and tests in Sandbox to be utilized prior to upgrades, ensuring all functionality works as expected and without interruption
  • Communicate with the organization on new releases into NetSuite and the potential impacts of those releases
  • Assist with data analysis, reporting needs, continuous improvement initiatives, change management and support for optimal usage within NetSuite
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and documentation of NetSuite functionality, customizations and integrations, and proactively identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements
  • Perform NetSuite administrative functions such as customizations of forms, fields, reports and create saved searches, dashboards, workflows, employee access management and financial reporting support


About You:


  • 7+ years experience with NetSuite ERP from integrations, day-to-day support, and reporting
  • Extensive experience configuring NetSuite ERP modules (OneWorld, Demand Planning, Advanced Financials, NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, Advanced Inventory Management, Advanced Bill of Materials, MRP, Outsourced Manufacturing, Sales Channel Allocation, Multi-Location Inventory, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Revenue Cycle, HRIS, etc.)
  • Experience with enterprise procure to pay, order to cash, record to report flows and implementation on NetSuite ERP
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite scripting applicability as applied to accounting, taxes, inventory management, order management, pricing, approval workflows, and integrations
  • Procure to Pay flows and financial close experience including account reconciliation
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Thorough business analysis knowledge including the ability to use flow diagrams, state charts, business cases, and other analysis/design tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities
  • Change management experience using StrongPoint, JIRA, Asana

Our Total Rewards:


The annual base pay for this position is $129,250-162,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
