Maverick Solutions is seeking a motivated Entry Level Client Relations professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and providing support
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly
Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings, summarizing activities, progress, and opportunities
Monitor client accounts, update records, and manage documentation as needed
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients based on their needs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Customer-focused with a genuine interest in building relationships and delivering exceptional service
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
