Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and visionary Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide IT strategies and solutions that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with senior management, IT teams, and stakeholders to design and optimize our IT infrastructure, applications, and systems architecture to support the organization's current and future needs.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and communicate enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, and principles that guide IT decision-making and investments.
  • System Design and Integration: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable and reliable IT systems and solutions across the organization.
  • Architecture Governance: Establish and enforce architecture governance processes to ensure alignment with business goals, standards, and policies.
  • Technology Assessment: Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business agility.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to define requirements and lead architecture design discussions.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate architectural risks related to IT projects, systems integration, and data security.
  • Change Management: Drive organizational change by promoting architecture best practices, standards, and guidelines.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize IT infrastructure and applications for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain architecture documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and technical standards.
  • Mentoring and Coaching: Mentor and coach IT teams on architecture principles, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • X years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role designing and implementing IT architectures for large organizations.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise-level architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.), databases, middleware, and integration technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of security architecture, data governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical and business challenges.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF Certified) is a plus.
