We are looking for Project Engineering Management professionals to take a long-term strategic position within a global capital project execution function of a major operator currently planning and executing significant international programmes.

This is a position for a Senior Engineering professional, Engineering Manager or Discipline Lead who has demonstrated the management of high-performing engineering teams in the planning and execution of engineering and design deliverables and the coordination of all engineering activities and the management and coordination of all third-party and client engineering activity.

A brief overview of the role:

• Manages the engineering team and ensures completeness of the Engineering/Design deliverables. Develop the engineering organizational chart in conjunction with discipline managers.
• Overall job responsibility is not limited to the engineering phase, and the ownership reaches until acceptance of the plant, including developing close-out reports and transferring all project documentation.
• Interfaces between each discipline, third-party supplied engineering and material, and the client’s design representative.
• Support and promote all requirements for overall project engineering and procurement schedules and assist the Project Manager in managing costs by ensuring all disciplines are competitively bidding equipment and materials for purchase.
