What the Engineering Manager will do:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technicians
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Manage resources, schedules, and project budgets
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and safety
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and performance
• Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement
• Oversee the maintenance and reliability of all manufacturing equipment
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues

What you need to be the Engineering Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
