Position Overview
Our client is looking for an Engineer (Civil or Environmental) to join an established team. The Engineer (Civil or Environmental) will be responsible for the engineering work in the design and review of a wide variety of engineering projects and requires application of standard techniques and procedures. Responsibilities For Engineer (Civil Or Environmental)
The Engineer (Civil or Environmental) will be responsible for technical drafting work in the preparation of construction plans, plats, sketches, and various graphic materials.
Completing complex drafting of an engineering, survey, or landscape architectural plans.
The Engineer (Civil or Environmental) will be responsible for including mathematical computations associated with drafting.
Traveling to the job site as needed to compare building permits and drafts to the physical building/landscape.
Qualifications For The Engineer (Civil Or Environmental)
Knowledge of Engineering and basic survey.
Average knowledge in the use of engineering computer-aided drafting and design programs.
Some knowledge of engineering, design, and construction of a variety of public works projects and buildings.
Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited curriculum, or equivalent.
Professional Engineers License or Certified Engineer-In-Training is preferred.
