Purpose and Essential Duties

The Energy Engineer PE III applies standard engineering techniques to design, analyze, test, maintain, repair, or improve products, components, or assemblies.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Manages MBCx projects.Maintains the relationship with the client and ensures that expectations are met/managed.
• Conducts “Working Sessions” with clients to review items uncovered during analysis and assist in implementing the recommended changes.
• Conducts regular analysis on the sites and systems. Also coordinates with junior engineers to assist in the site analysis.
• Analyzes, develops, and evaluates systems.
• Applies engineering techniques and analyses within the scope of the assignment.
• Performs work independently.
• Considered a high-level specialist who regularly interacts and works with senior management.
• Uses advanced techniques, theories, and processes to complete work.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.

This position is Full-Time, Exempt, and reports to the Logic Director.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Professional Engineering License (PE).
• 8-10 years of experience.
• Possesses expert knowledge of the subject matter.

• Computer skills.
• Technical expertise.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Travel Requirements

• Approximately 5-10% of time will be spent traveling.

Physical/Work Environment Requirements

• Long periods of sitting or standing at a desk in front of a computer in the office environment.
