The Role - Email Marketer

Our seasoned and high-performance marketing team seeks an ambitious, energetic, and highly organized Email Marketer to help seamlessly coordinate and execute a range of brand-building, demand-generating, and growth marketing activities across paid and owned channels.


In this position, you will assist with the execution of multi-channel marketing efforts. You must develop a strong understanding of the core InsideTracker product and target audiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and executing acquisition and lead nurturing journeys to convert leads to new customers
  • Ownership of conversion-focused emails including abandon cart emails, and post-demo booking series
  • Utilizing Iterable to design, implement, and optimize automation workflows and marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Working with the creative team to develop compelling email content that resonates with our audience and drives action.
  • Maintaining an email content calendar and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute.
  • Defining target audiences and developing strategies to measure engagement.
  • Leveraging segmentation and key data point insights to personalize communications with our leads based on known needs and pain points.
  • Responsible for reporting on campaign results and overall performance.
  • Using your creativity and knowledge of email best practices to help develop testing roadmaps
  • Working cross-functionally to build and analyze reporting to track key metrics of success
  • Utilizing customer databases to drive personalization through all channels and deliver insights to the larger organization.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, Science, Sales, and Biz Dev to gain strategic alignment on initiatives and bring to life your creative ideas.
  • Serving as an ambassador of our brand, ensuring our communications across all channels are on-brand and in line with overall brand strategy.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in DTC email marketing, preferably in the health and wellness space, hands-on experience with workflows and lead to customer journey
  • Proficient with the Hubspot Marketing platform
  • Expertise in customer marketing email, SMS, and push campaigns, including onboarding, education, cross-selling, and customer life cycle.
  • Experience with Iterable to execute automations and targeted campaigns.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve team goals.
  • Understanding of data principles and how they impact automation and personalization.
  • Demonstrated experience/ability leveraging segmentation tools.
  • Excitement for uncovering key insights about our leads, and experience translating insights into clear marketing briefs.
  • Strong background in running email experiments and familiarity with statistical concepts around experimental design and analysis.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and customer journey orchestration technologies.
  • Passion for data and focus on business KPIs with the ability to effectively prioritize projects based on potential business impact.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, as this role is highly collaborative across the organization including copywriters, designers, analysts, and developers.
  • Strong organizational skills to support juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
