About the Role:
BuDhaGirl is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist with a perfect blend of creativity and analytical prowess to join our Dallas Team. This role is crucial in driving our email marketing strategy, optimizing customer engagement, and increasing customer retention.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Email Campaign Management
Develop and execute data-driven email marketing campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and customer data to optimize future email marketing efforts.
Use analytical tools to track and report on key email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.).
Implement A/B testing to continuously improve email performance.
Customer Segmentation
Conduct thorough customer segmentation based on subscriber data.
Tailor email content to different customer segments to maximize relevance and engagement.
Develop and maintain email lists ensuring data integrity and compliance with email regulations.
Creative Development
Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing and on-brand email templates.
Integrate storytelling and brand messaging into email content.
Ensure email designs are optimized for various devices and email clients.
Copywriting
Write compelling and persuasive email copy that aligns with BuDhaGirl’s voice and brand.
Craft subject lines and preview text that enhance open rates.
Edit and proofread email content to ensure clarity and correctness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3 – 5 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms
Experience with customer segmentation and personalized marketing.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
