InfraHire is looking for Electrical Foreman in Alpharetta, GA
Purpose
An Electrical Foreman installs, adjusts, repairs, and maintains material handling systems and supervises electrical technicians.
Responsibilities
Installing power supply wiring and conduit such as: EMT, Rigid conduit, strut, cable trays
Troubleshooting electrical components, wiring diagrams, transformers, motors, panels, and circuits
Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems such as: switch gears, motor controls, electrical panels, CT cabinets, and conveyor systems
Testing electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using testing devices, such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, or oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system
Inspecting systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes
Diagnosing malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
Layout and implementation of assigned projects per ASBECO Job Layout Procedure
Lead by example; perform installation work while leading those workers on the crew
Supervision of assigned ASBECO employees
Supervision of assigned independent contractors and subcontractors
Training of assigned personnel as required
Assure ASBECO employees and independent contractors follow ASBECO work rules as well as job-specific customer rules
Initial and ongoing customer interface for responsible projects
Communicate status of responsible projects to ASBECO General Manager on a regular basis
Completion of all required ASBECO work reports and other required documentation as required
Assure safety standards are maintained, including daily safety meetings and required safety reports
Responsible for the successful completion of responsible projects
Performs other duties as assigned

Education, License, And Experience
Some college preferred Licensed electrician preferred
A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in the electrical installation of material handling systems
