Job Summary:
As the Plant Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Supervisor, you will actively participate as a valued member of local team in providing leadership to the Health, Safety and Environment programs of the company. This hands-on leadership position entails active work in the areas of safety in the workplace, driving safe behaviors, accident prevention, and minimizing environmental wastes to assure compliance with all local, state, and federal occupational health, safety and environmental laws, regulations, and guidelines, as well as with corporate health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Experience in industrial, practical leader in a union industrial manufacturing environment.
Experience in developing and delivering EHS training material for various personnel.
Experience in chemicals, environmental science, and human health.
OSHA 10 hour or 30-hour Certification required.
