Job Overview: The Ecommerce Manager will maintain Rebecca Minkoff website's day

to day performance, and work with the larger team to drive sales and achieve business

goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage, merchandise, and maintain day-to-day upkeep for the Rebecca Minkoff

website on Shopify+. Including building and updating products, creative updates, and implementation of new functionality.

  • Own the product upload process, working closely with creative and buying teams

to collect all information necessary to build and launch products.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to make sure website creative updates align with the marketing calendar and collections are merchandised to align with marketing messaging
  • Build additional pages and collections in Shopify to align with marketing initiatives.
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for developer agency to maintain site functionality and implement new features as they build.
  • Ensures there is consistency with the brand message across all website pages
  • Prepare and share performance reports, highlighting opportunities or trends for continuous improvement.
  • Identify new test and learn opportunities through a/b testing of site functionality, merchandising, and other features.
  • Stay current on evolving ecommerce trends, technology, and opportunities and work with partners and stakeholders to bring new activities to life.
  • Work with VP of Ecommerce to develop overarching ecommerce strategies to drive key KPIs.



Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of ecommerce experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Shopify+
  • Analytically minded, with knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience with Narvar, Yotpo, Klaviyo, Attentive is a plus
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience in working in a busy and dynamic environment
  • Able to work in teams and independently


Reports To: VP of Digital


Work Location and Schedule

This job is hybrid, a mixed schedule of work from home and work from our office in New York, NY, weekdays during normal business hours.
