Ecommerce Manager

PerkSpot is searching for an Ecommerce Manager to join our Experience team! Founded in 2006, we are on a Mission to Save Our Members Money by providing exclusive access to the best discounts available - anywhere. We ensure employees see offers curated to their interests, allowing them to save on electronics, home goods, meal delivery, mortgages, travel, and all the other little—and big—things that will make life a bit easier.

What you’ll accomplish:

• Own the day-to-day relationship with our existing gym partners, advocating for their growth and driving strategies internally to grow engagement and optimize revenue.
• Simply maintenance of the existing partnerships while we build the tools of the future together.
• Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy with PerkSpot's sales team to search for and build new partnerships
• Onboard new partners into our onsite gyms program and evaluate potential partners
• Serve as the business owner and SME for the future of ecommerce (with a particular eye towards revenue and engagement growth).
• Partner with product and technology to bring new ecommerce systems capabilities to life on the Perkspot platform.
• Monitor, report on, and optimize the performance of PerkSpot’s fraud prevention system to maximize revenue and minimize fraudulent purchases.
• Maintain PerkSpot’s gift card program, ensuring available inventory is loaded and appropriately priced.

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in a professional setting
• History of identifying growth opportunities with partners, and converting them to reality with technical and operational savvy
• Experience developing new business lines and new systems that underpin them
• Experience managing accounts and partnerships, fitness industry or membership type product is a plus
• Proficient in Excel for analytical and operational use, and SQL proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity managing ecommerce systems or standing up a new system from scratch
• Eager to collaborate across teams and with our partners

• Sharpen your skills! You will become very familiar with the technology and tools that we use; Excel, JIRA, Airtable, Salesforce, and Domo just to name a few. With this role, we’re looking for someone savvy with Excel, even better if you know SQL.
