SUMMARY


This is a unique and exciting opportunity to lead eCommerce and digital brand management for a new, high-profile celebrity haircare and beauty brand. The brand will be launching in August 2024, in major retail outlets and DTC. The ideal candidate will possess strong eCommerce fundamentals with hands-on experience managing Direct-To-Consumer websites in the personal care and beauty categories. This critical role will be responsible for setting and executing the brand’s DTC and online retailer sales strategy, as well as CRM to drive growth for the brand.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Lead D2C and Retailer eCommerce with the development and implementation of Brand.com and eCommerce plans, aligning to company goals, brand calendar, budgets and forecasts to drive growth
  • Responsible for D2C + Retailer eCommerce execution of the strategies & plans created with the Head of DTC to drive revenues; analyze channel revenues, profitability, and promotional activities effectiveness; analyzes the DTC KPI’s
  • Deliver best in class brand.com and retailer.com user experiences, manage a catalog of products, uploads, and assets ensuring accuracy of inventory, image quality, etc.
  • Build Search Engine Optimization (SEO), site content, and other levers to increase brand.com and retailer.com visibility as brand hub and promote an omni-channel customer experience
  • Lead website maintenance, troubleshooting, and support to cross functional teams such as Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing
  • Lead 1PD acquisition and leverage data to obsessively understand consumer journeys, share journeys to inform broader consumer marketing efforts
  • Evaluate site merchandising, inventory, and website KPIs to identify areas for optimization
  • Maintain informed and provide best practice recommendation on third party apps, social media, digital ads, and other eCommerce and digital marketing tools and resources
  • Develop performance reporting across brand.com and retailer.com sites, create start/stop/continue recommendations, and ensure alignment with leadership
  • Manage execution of day-to-day tasks in paid digital marketing and evaluate campaign performance against goals, ROIs and KPIs, with lens towards strengthening revenue and profit goals


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Minimum of 4 Years of Relevant eCommerce Experience
  • Minimum of 2 Years leading ecommerce initiatives
  • Experience owning and managing retailer.com efforts
  • Experience with broader Beauty & Personal Care Industries Preferred
  • Strong Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, and Social Media integrations
