Chesbro Music Company, a leader in the musical instrument and accessories industry, is seeking a forward-thinking eCommerce Manager to elevate our team and drive our digital sales initiatives. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with all company departments to craft and execute a profitable and seamless eCommerce strategy.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing our sales channels on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Reverb, ensuring optimal performance and exploring new opportunities for growth. You will take ownership of all activities on these platforms and oversee the eCommerce team for our entire product catalog, including proprietary brands.
Responsibilities
Manage eCommerce strategy, revenue, and profit margins.
Track and analyze sales to capture marketplace opportunities and schedule purchases.
Create unique bundles and bring new products to the marketplace.
Ensure online stores follow marketplace and vendor policies.
Manage a team of eCommerce professionals to provide best-in-class customer support, listing quality, and product selection.
Coordinate with department purchasers to increase buying power and increase vendor discounts.
Purchasing products to increase sales levels for the FBA marketplace.
Direct relationship and services with 3rd party eCommerce software.
Lead the eCommerce growth strategy including storefront design, merchandising, marketing and advertising.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field or 4-years related experience in business development, ecommerce sales, product management, etc.
Previous experience working with eCommerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
Understanding of the music instrument market is a plus.
Ability to think strategically and make diplomatic decisions.
Attention to detail.
Project management skills to include all tasks, assignments, and follow-through.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications, especially Excel.
Experience leading teams and ability to work with all personnel of the company.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
