Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Dallas, TX. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online store, overseeing sales and marketing efforts, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. They will also collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute e-commerce strategies, analyze data and trends, and implement initiatives to drive growth and increase profitability.

Responsibilities:

• SMS/email marketing management
• Promotions management (system)
• Site performance management

Performance Measurement:

• Conversion rate increase
• AOV increase
• Revenue growth
• Sell-through rate
• Dropship revenue
• Marketplace revenue growth 
• SKU productivity

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales and/or e-commerce
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and best practices
• Proficient in digital marketing techniques and strategies
• Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience in the counter culture goods industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
