Ecommerce/Independent Accounts Manager

Position Overview:

The Ecommerce/Independent Accounts Manager will oversee our order fulfillment process and ensure that our beautiful products reach our customers efficiently and accurately while maintaining the high standards of quality and service our brand is known for. This role involves managing the entire fulfillment operation, including inventory management, order processing, and leading a team of fulfillment associates. This role reports into the Director of Supply Chain. Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Oversee the allocation of shipping personnel based on the activity of two key sales channels (Ecommerce and Independent Accounts). Monitor key performance metrics including errors, efficiency of team members and overall turnaround time.
• Order Processing: Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process from order receipt to final delivery. Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available to meet demand. Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate record-keeping. Ensure fulfillment pick locations are constantly replenished with necessary items.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the fulfillment process. Ensure that products are handled with care and packaged to Rifle Paper Co. standards.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by promoting and adhering to safety standards. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the Warehouse and other departments to meet volume demands.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse management role
• Experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of training and managing teams
• Knowledge of standard warehouse picking and packing processes, including efficient management across multiple locations and buildings, especially in complex environments with multiple independent facilities
• Preferred experience with ERP and/or WMS software
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized and self motivated
• Effective communication skills
• Passion for the Rifle Paper Co. brand and products

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move packages and materials up to 50 pounds
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
