eCommerce Case Manager
About the Job:
Luminize Marketing is looking for a Case Manager to contribute their efforts to our core business offering; empowering Amazon sellers with effective marketing and advertising strategies. In this role, you will serve as a dedicated advocate on behalf of our clients, resolving listing issues and overcoming bottlenecks on the Amazon seller platform. As a Case Manager, you will be the client's main point of contact, proactively navigating and resolving issues to optimize their presence and performance in the competitive e-commerce landscape.
Responsibilities Include:
- Proactively identifies and addresses any issues with seller listings, collaborating with internal teams and directly interfacing with Amazon to resolve problems promptly.
- Analyzes content display data to ensure listing performance regularity.
- Oversees and manages the accuracy and health of our Amazon seller listings, ensuring compliance with Amazon's guidelines and policies.
- Communicates effectively with brands to notify them of any listing issues, provide updates, and make necessary requests to Amazon on the seller's behalf.
- Acts as an advocate for our brand on the Amazon platform, representing the company's interests and ensuring a positive and compliant presence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ of professional experience in customer support or customer resolution roles, preferably in a customer-facing capacity.
- Strong knowledge of customer service issue resolution policies and procedures, with Amazon seller platform experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey status updates and resolutions to brands and internal teams in a customer-friendly manner.
- Detail-driven with an analytical approach to identifying and resolving customer problems, demonstrating a commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and partner teams, leveraging customer service skills to address concerns effectively.
- Experience leveraging professional workplace tools such as Office 365 or G Suite.
