Position Summary:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and professional Temporary Administrative Assistant for a client in the financial industry. This contract position will last 3-6 months, providing essential support to C-suite executives. The role offers a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and two days working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-suite executives.
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Assist in planning and organizing executive meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting materials.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Ensure smooth office operations and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting C-suite executives is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate of $29-$33 per hour, depending on experience.
