As part of Miele US Sales Team and reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, the Pure Player Manager is responsible for the Miele US sales presence and revenue at Pure Player Partners. You will be instrumental in driving sales growth, optimizing account performance, and expanding brand presence via Amazon, Wayfair, and other Pure Player Partners. This role collaborates with the complete digital marketing ecosystem to accelerate the benefit of growth initiatives and optimization programs, and continuously reports insights, learnings, and developments, thanks to deep analytical mindset and experience.

This role is hybrid based in Princeton, NJ.


Key Responsibilities

· Account Management: Manage account relationships and develop new business opportunities, serving as the primary sales channel point of contact

· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets; balance long term strategies with short term tactics

· Collaboration: Work closely with global and local teams, including Sales Operations, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Category Management, and Consumer Services to understand and meet the needs of the e-commerce consumer

· Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies; deliver regular reports and insights

· Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with global and local teams to meet target account objectives

· Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities


Requirements:

  • · Minimum 5+ years of increasing responsibility in sales account management, focused on e-commerce; Amazon 1P account management desired
  • · In-depth knowledge of Vendor Central and best practices to optimize sales
  • · Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • · Luxury brand experience preferred, durable goods experience a plus
  • · Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, communications, or similar
  • · Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product Teams, including supporting and facilitating cross-functional projects
  • · Get-things-done mentality paired with a data-driven mindset
  • · Strong communication and relationship skills with a hands-on, problem-solving attitude
  • · Ability to work well with all levels of leadership and staff
