Job Summary

As the E-commerce Manager , you will be pivotal in crafting and executing the strategy to drive our online sales and enhance our digital shopping presence. You’ll have the autonomy to own the revenue results, store merchandising, customer experience, and content execution for the online business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the website strategy, P&L, roadmap & execution, including conversion optimization, new content, navigational updates, etc.
  • Create goals and deliver results against annual eCommerce forecasts and budgets (sales goals, conversion metrics, and operational expenses)
  • Continuously monitor site metrics, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies and improve performance, with focus on revenue growth.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
  • Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
  • Oversee the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the eCommerce website, ensuring optimal user experience, functionality, and performance.
  • Develop and implement a web content strategy for search engine optimization.
  • Lead a team of eCommerce associates.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize product placement.
  • Utilize customer analytics to build efficient cross-sell and upsell opportunities across all eCommerce platforms.
  • Own and manage email marketing and other messaging programs, including strategy, execution, and optimization, to drive revenue growth and enhance brand recognition.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in progressive eCommerce related roles, with expanded responsibilities, team leadership, and vendor management.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to present a data-backed point of view and bring supporting insights to leadership.
  • Strong understanding of standard eCommerce tools to drive insights, like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
  • 2+ years managing a team of direct reports.
  • Experience with Klaviyo (or similar tools) and Shopify.
  • Ability to work on-site at our HQ in Philadelphia. This is not a remote position.
