We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-commerce Manager.

Job Description:

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our partnership with Lowe's Home Improvement on their online platform. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize product listings, drive sales growth, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update product listings on Lowe's e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information, pricing, and imagery
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with Lowe's brand advocate to address Lowe’s initiatives, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular audits of product listings, pricing, and promotional activities to ensure compliance with Lowe's policies and guidelines
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in e-commerce to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and strategy development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a vendor or merchant capacity on a major online marketplace
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools, including but not limited to, Lowe's Vendor Portal, Microsoft Excel,
  • Knowledge of home improvement products and industry trends is a plus
