POSITION SUMMARY

The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for growing Lee Kum Kee’s digital business through creating digital-enabled demand, including forming consumer-centric digital product portfolio strategies, managing and optimizing the company's digital marketing communication channels and content, and ensuring optimal digital demand fulfillment.

·        Developing and implementing digital demand generation strategies that align with the business' goals and objectives.

·        Working with Insights team to develop digital consumer insights via conducting social listening.

·        Creating and managing social media campaigns across various platforms to achieve digital business channel’s sales targets.

·        Analyzing and interpreting data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and making adjustments as needed.

·        Assisting the formation of digital demand fulfillment strategies and implementation

·        Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

·        Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and making recommendations for constant improvement.

·        Managing relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure the business's digital marketing needs are met.

·        Developing and managing budgets for digital marketing initiatives.

·        Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have immediate supervisory role but may carry out supervisory responsibilities according to the organization’s policies and applicable laws as the business continues to grow. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

A.     REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS and EXPERIENCES

·        A Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related discipline from an accredited university/college is required. A master's degree in a related field is preferred.

·        A minimum of 5 years of e-commerce sales or marketing experience working directly with Amazon, CPG experience is a must with proven record of success in building B2C and D2C businesses within 1-2 years’ experience building and managing brands on omni-channel; plus 2 years of related experience in a supervisory/managerial role.

·        Deep understanding of shopper online buying behaviors, market solutions, and digitally influenced sales.

·        Experienced in managing E-shop operation, website development, search engine optimization, and other digital marketing campaigns.

·        Comprehensive experience in E-commerce including setting up E-shop pages, running promotions, managing customer reviews and complaints, and loyalty management.

·        Strong strategic and analytical thinking to analyze data and to drive a data-driven decision-making, and to monitor E-shop performance, and identify areas for improvement.

·        Ability to work within an integrated operating team and coach peers in executing complex programs, deal with ambiguity and manage conflict while utilizing leadership skill to drive non-reporting teams to work toward the common goal.

·        A results-oriented mindset and strong project management and organization skills to handle multiple projects, multitask and meet all deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative environment.

·        Willingness to be flexible in work schedule in a multinational corporate environment.

·        The individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).

 

B.     LANGUAGE SKILLS

·        The individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English for collaborating with other team members, managing projects, and communicating with agencies.

·        Bilingual skill in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus.

 

C.     MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

·        The individual must apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

·        Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

·        Must be able to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and draw and interpret bar graphs.

·        The position is often in a typical office setting.

·        The noise level in the work environment is usually light and moderate.

  • ·        Willing to travel as needed. This position requires up to 25% travel; most travel is outside the local area and overnight. Some of the travel may be international.
