Job Summary:

As the E-commerce Assistant Manager for us.[BRAND].com, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising and operational strategies for our largest digital business within the AmorePacific US organization. You will play a pivotal role in executing a comprehensive digital experience strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve key brand objectives, including new product launches, site promotions, and customer initiatives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Brand Marketing, Customer Service, Creative and Copy Teams, as well as external vendors, you will ensure consistency and growth across all digital channels in line with our e-commerce growth plan and digital acceleration roadmap.


Principal Accountabilities:


  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Laneige.com site, including product listings, homepage refreshes, page creations, and all aspects of site merchandising.
  • Own the management of us.[BRAND].com's homepage calendar, leveraging behavioral analysis tools and key insights to strategically plan and execute site refreshes within the CMS to drive engagement and sales.
  • Effectively manage the digital content lifecycle, from initial briefing and thorough review to final delivery, by closely collaborating with creative and copy teams. Ensure comprehensive briefs, meticulous content review, and timely delivery of all assets for promotions and launches.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of all New Product Launches (NPLs), including copy, pricing, categorization, imagery, merchandising, QA, and publishing.
  • Manage the execution of all on-site promotions (e.g., GWPs, Percent Discounts, Bundle offers, BOGOs, Coupon Codes) and create Terms & Conditions based on brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate the strategic utilization of collateral for brand.com, ensuring efficient depletion of excess inventory.
  • Manage all launch, promotional, and pre-launch live inventory.
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager to implement and execute loyalty program rules, plans, and subscription programming to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Conduct QA checks to ensure a seamless CX/UX by optimizing website navigation, checkout process, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Oversee vendor relationships supporting laneige.com initiatives and execute site operations in collaboration with partners including Jebbit, Nosto, and Narvar.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in ecommerce to maintain Laneige's competitive edge.


Candidate Qualifications


  • 3-4 years of experience in ecommerce operations, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, ecommerce, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (preferably Shopify) or similar content management systems (CMS).
  • Basic Knowledge in web/behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience with data analysis to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Excellent project/content management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Monday.com is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work and maintaining brand standards.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of others.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for beauty and skincare products, with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and consumer preferences.


Skill Set

  • Proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools.
  • Thorough understanding of website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4).
  • Experience with Shopify or a similar Content Management System (CMS) is required.
