I am currently recruiting for a Quality Docs & Training Specialist for a global medical device company located in Kenosha.

Position: Quality Docs & Training Specialist | 6 months to Perm| On-Site
Salary 55-65K | Up to 4-Weeks PTO | Free Healthcare

The Role:
This role is a well-rounded position that has touchpoints with all aspects of the Quality System, including, but not limited to document control, record retention, change process, continuous improvement, and training. The position will have direct responsibility for tracking and trending with metric reporting and management of Document Control, Record Control, and Training subsystems

Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience working within ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820 quality systems.
- QMS manufacturing and auditing experience a plus.
- Maintain the document control system for all documents related to the QMS.
- Drive timely change control processes for documents.
- Manage the record retention process.
- Develop and manage a customer change control process that identifies changes.
- Manage the eQMS Platform.
