Job Description

A global financial services company is seeking a Document Research Specialist for their office in Monroe, LA on a long-term temporary basis.

Description:

  • Researching County recorder verbiage on website, comparing to internal guidelines to determine processing acumen.
  • Researching Servicing system for fee header rows, keying data, request recording expense checks, creating Release documents
  • Researching image repository locating Satisfaction documents for print retrieval (including original doc state copies)
  • Researching mortgage documents identifying multiple properties (multi-collateral addresses) comparing to Vendor data
  • Researching property info (determine FR data to determine property vs mailing) so documents can be mailed to Customer.
  • Researching in files to identify stock and lease documents.
  • Capturing results of documents and data entry in DECS
  • Wanding physical files

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service
  • Ability to organize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and ability to meet goals
  • Basic excel / computer skills
  • Basic knowledge of Windows
