We are seeking a Document Controller for assignment in Marysville, Ohio. The selected candidate will be responsible for digitizing, maintaining and retrieving company records as required.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 800am - 430pm
This position has a pay rate of $20.25/hr **
Upload, verify and document stored records by following the established cataloging system
Digitize, upload and retrieve documents
Perform quality checks on documents digitized
Work closely with department records representatives to retrieve and store department records
Support disposal process of records eligible for disposal
Create and maintain work instructions and procedure documentation
Perform complex database queries to track records and meet internal customer needs
Ensure departments are following company policy on document retention
Develop and assist with document retention schedules
Monitor and coordinate delivery and pick-up of records with current vendors
Must be able to manage their own project load, multitask and prioritize accordingly
Must be able to communicate with clients to meet their needs
Maintain confidentiality of client documents
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
High School Diploma or GED
A valid Drivers License
3+ years experience in a professional office environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of records software systems, scanners, filing, storage and disposal procedures
