The Department of Anesthesiology at Westchester Medical Center is seeking a Neuroanesthesiologist to serve as the Neuro-Anesthesia Division Director. The ideal candidate would be of junior academic rank, has substantive Neuroanesthesia clinical and leadership experience, and is an excellent clinician, educator, and communicator.
Summary:
Very strong endovascular, tumor and neurotrauma, as well as Spine, functional/epilepsy/chronic pain
Comprehensive Stroke Center Certification
Our residency program has 52 residents. There are 3 ACGME – accredited fellowships: ACTA, RAAPM and Multidisciplinary Pain Management.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Anesthesiology
Must be eligible for NYS Medical License
We would consider the ABA certification Alternate Pathway for the right candidate, but the appointment would be deferred until ABA Diplomate status achieved
