Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales team responsible for either Named or Territory Accounts in the Southwestern United States.
Exceed sales targets by working with team to increase funnel intake and market share
Track funnel conversion rates and funnel velocity to provide accurate forecasts to management
Develop and deploy sales strategies to increase account penetration, accelerate growth and achieve business objectives
Develop and cultivate customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Provide leadership and coaching/mentoring to team and drive continued operational improvements in the organization
